I came home to find a message from ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER on the answering machine telling me to vote for him for California Governor.  It was quite amusing.  I still don't know which one of the 179 candidates I am going to vote for.

School is way too stressful and overwhelming.  I spend countless hours each day reading the most boring material (I spend about 5-6 hours, mind you).  I literally spend the whole entire day doing school work.  Definately not fun.  I need a break from school.  I haven't had one in so long.

Aside from that, the little time that I do have to spend freely is spent going to shows every week watching bands play, loitering around Hillcrest and Downtown.  It's my little weekly routine.

My schedule for this semester is so crazy.  I have too many breaks.  I have two classes Monday/Wednesday/Friday at Southwestern Community College.  I have a 2 hour break in between, which is fine since I live just a mile away from it, so I could just go home.  However, on Tuesday/Thursday I have an 8 hour break between my two classes at SDSU.  I would probably just go home during that time, which means that I will be having to commute 80 miles roundtrip twice a week.  Oh well.  I have no choice really.

And Tatu's cover of "How Soon Is Now" by The Smiths is absolutely HORRIBLE!  That is all I have to say about that.

I cannot wait until this weekend.  A couple of will be going to Club Bang in Hollywood.  I am excited to no end.  They have three rooms of dancing:
Room 1- Brit Pop, English 80's, Indie Rock
Room 2- Swinging 60's, Mod, Soul, Funk
Room 3- Electroclash, Nu-wave, Synth Pop
I will definately be dancing in each room.  They are all equally awesome.  And The Dandy Warhols are supposed to be having their CD release party there that night, which should be good.

So I have rejoined the xanga world.  I am not quite sure what I will be doing with this yet seeing as though I already have a livejournal, but we shall see.

I saw Birdzilla perform again on Saturday (yes that is a storm trooper playing a keytar).  It was quite a dance party.  And yet again, I got jealous of this guy.  I swear, I am getting one soon and will be rocking out just like that.
